Cancellations —

debit/credit cards will be required for all bookings

48 hr notice is required
-
cancellations made within 24 hrs will be charged 50% of services booked
-
cancellations made day of appointment will be charged 100% of services booked

deposits will be required if you habitually cancel

As a courtesy, we ask that if you are sick or feeling unwell that you reschedule your appointment. If not, we may decide to reschedule your appointment if you arrive visibly or soundly sick.
​Bookings —
If you have consecutively cancelled or rescheduled three or more appointments we require you to prepay your next appointment in full.

​Given Palm's smaller space & to ensure a smooth experience for our guests, we kindly ask that you attend appointments by yourself. If childcare issues arise, please let us know — we’re more than happy to get you rescheduled! We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds —
Palm does not offer refunds because our time + product has already been used. However, if you have an issue within 7 days of your appointment, we will happily correct what’s needed at no additional cost.

If your issue involves a personal preference that wasn’t addressed in the consultation, you will be charged accordingly. A thorough consultation prior to beginning your appointment is always done and only realistic expectations can be met, this is so that we’re both on the same page for your hair goals.
